Let's talk about birthday. Woohoo! Hahaha! Okay, i'm actually not in a very good mood. That explains why the presence of this post. I seriously felt pathetic having fever and being sick on my 21st birthday. It's 21st! And the fact that I can't pull a party on this particular age. I know it's not really THAT special but I really envy those who celebrated so grand. How I wish last year's family chalet was actually my birthday party. Sheesh! On the other hand, I know I shouldn't be that unappreciative about the rest who have made me the special-iest just-turn-to-an-woman alive!
1. Back to the 21st story, my parents or should I say my mum particularly treat me and dad out as our birthday are just 4 days away. Not bad. I still enjoy though.
2. And then, my far-away cousin Bukhari came all the way to my block to pass me a card which I really thought that was a joke when he called me the night before to wish me. Haha! But it happened. What did surprised me is that, he could jog all the way from Pasir Ris till Tampines. Don't talk to me about jogging, I can't even run 200metres at Bedok Reservoir with Fye back then. HAHA!
3. Then, there was Amalina who surprised me with a drawing. So sweet! Really looks like me just a little 'cengkung' though but it obviously looks like me. Haha! I'm pretty sure it takes time to do that. I'm just not as creative as you do. Sigh.
4. Went to Nisa's birthday party. We trade presents! hahaha! And guess what? We both gave each other handbags. Pure coincidence. HAHAH!
5. After the party, Khai pretended that he wanted my help. So, I thought that was normal for him to ask for help. He told me to go down 10minutes time, but before he even reach the place he already called to ask me to go down. But no signs of him, and he said, "tkle bagi you chance, dah sampai suro turun, 20 minutes later baru nk turun." HAHAHA! And it's true lah. When he came, he was dressed up so well that I asked, "nak pergi clubbing pe?" and he replied, "ah yelah, gi clubbing pakai seluar pendek." I laughed hysterically. Then, he opened the boot, I saw a very big Mango bag. I was shocked and almost to tears and become mute. It's actually a gift not help. And it's fits me extremely well. Pandai si Khai ni ehs. He gave me a very pretty looking dress that I spent an hour posing infront of the mirror. HAHA!
6.Nawal then fetched me with her 'red rhino' to treat me out with Adli's contribution too. Lucky there's Nawal because the other 2 could not make it. But it really takes a big understanding. Someday, I might need their understanding too. So, she brought me to Earle's Swensens at Terminal 3; had lobster pasta, float and ice creams. I love the place, so comfy, service was good, fast. Didn't keep me waiting. Then after Ida reached home, met her at Simei. Poor her, she has been totally stress with work. Called Adli telling him how bad he is never celebrate. Hahaha so, he promised to meet up when Ramadhan comes.
7. Later that night, my parents bought me Secret Recipe's cake. HAHAHA! So sweet. I'm a big fan of cakes and so they know. I was so full that night, so I cut the following day.
8. Rahman dropped by my place to pass his gift and piah's too. The white gifts! Know why? Rahman gave me white Guess' wallet and piah gave white Adidas' watch. Pretty, really. For a lady of course. And my abang thought it was a gift from my boyfriend. tsk.
9. Little Nadia gave me the sweetest phone call and she sang me a birthday song. But I was in the toilet bathing when I pick up the phone. HAHAHA! I was so super touched and the cutest thing ever happened. She dropped by my house with my elder sister, passed me a drawing of me and her that she drew herself. Sister bought drinks and food. (: I know, I don't need to ask any special presents but I can ask some other time if I want her to buy me something. HAHA!
10. My brother bought me an organizer as I'm going to start work very soon. Need to organise my stuffs. Sheesh, scary!
11. Fye who entertain my craving to have sup tulang. HAHAHA! At the same time, I managed to pass him, his belated birthday gift.
12. The DW komplot to give me a surprise. Haha! We planned to have a picnic at Botanic Gardens. We took number 7 from Bedok all the way to the place. I brought drinks, Irah brought sandwiches and Sery brought the main dish, mee goreng. So, I thought Sery brought a container. But when we were about to eat, she took out packets of it. So I was shocked. But still, I didn't expect anything, and I thought those packets were from inside the container. After eating, Sery went, "nak makan dessert plak tak?" Oh, in my heart I was like, "wah, hebat tak cukup main siap dessert lagi!" HAHAHA! BUT! The moment Sery opened, I saw a cake box, then I realised, hey! it's a cake! And there reveals those cute, colorful cupcakes. So sweet! And adds the cute was a chain with my name on it. I felt the picnic was a cute thing after all including the almost-faint moment after a maid threw a freesbie on my lap and nunu (a dog that looks like a teddy bear) almost chase for it. I would really faint if he sits on my lap. HAHAHA!
13. I had a meet up with Wal and Adli after buka at our usual, Starbucks. Waited for Adli and hour. When he came, he surprised me with a birthday cake. I was so shocked. HAHAHA! Because he already did contribute to the Swensens. So much for the "BLACKFOREST" eh wal. HAHAHA!
14. Fai is going to post me a gift too! Thanks Fai!
15. I've yet to think what bag I want from Ida. HAHAHA! She always asked me, but I just can't find the perfect bag that stole my heart. Maybe shall go Tampines One later.
